2. 2Maid VIP, our affiliated partner, calls youIt asks about the rooms, the fibers, any spots and any pets, and answers your questions.
3. 3You hear the priceBefore any work, with stairs, furniture moving and extras listed. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
4. 4The cleaningIndependent local cleaning professionals, arranged through our affiliated partner, Maid VIP. Thousand Oaks Carpet Cleaners is a referral service and does not do the cleaning.
5. 5One follow-upIf you left an email address, about 30 days later a single email asks whether the cleaning went ahead and how it went.
